Authorised agent.—Any nominee of a member may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these bye-laws, shall intimate to the Central Board in Form 10 the name and address of the agent within seven days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within thirty days of the revocation.
