Intimation of change.—Every auditor shall intimate to the Tribunal, in Form INC-22 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
