Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor for the mid-day meal who ceases to carry on the supply of mid-day meals shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every question paper held by him has been disposed of.
