Application for registration.—Every document writer carrying on the writing of instruments for reward shall make an application for registration to the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority in Form H, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees and a statement of every allowance held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
