Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer of voting machines shall intimate to the Returning Officer, in Form 12 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Returning Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
