Intimation of change.—Every consignor shall intimate to the Railway Rates Tribunal, in Form G and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Railway Rates Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
