Application for registration.—Every limited guardian carrying on the guardianship of a person with disability shall make an application for registration to the District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee in Form VII, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every scholarship held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
