Intimation of change.—Every limited guardian shall intimate to the District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee, in Form VI and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
