Surrender of certificate.—Every limited guardian who ceases to carry on the guardianship of a person with disability shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every contract held by him has been disposed of.
