Intimation of change.—Every wholesale vendor shall intimate to the Excise Commissioner, in Form G and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Excise Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
