Intimation of change.—Every carrier shall intimate to the Government of Uttar Pradesh, in Form A and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
