Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the manufacturer of cosmetics shall apply to the Director of Health Services in Form 20 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Director of Health Services shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
