Conditions of registration.—Every executor of a will shall carry on the administration of the estate of a deceased person only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every marriage register in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such marriage register for inspection on request by the Sub-Registrar, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
