Surrender of certificate.—Every executor of a will who ceases to carry on the administration of the estate of a deceased person shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Marriages in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every notice of intended marriage held by him has been disposed of.
