Application for registration.—Every executor of a will carrying on the administration of the estate of a deceased person shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Marriages in Form II, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every order of maintenance held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
