Rule 2, Haryana Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Licensing) Rules, 2025 [S9X-K9H]

Definitions.—In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957); (b) "executor of a will" means a person carrying on the administration of the estate of a deceased person; (c) "register of deaths" means a register of deaths received, held or disposed of by a executor of a will in the course of the administration of the estate of a deceased person; (d) "Form VII" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
