Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any contractor for the mid-day meal dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Kerala in Form C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every course then held; and the Government of Kerala shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
