Intimation of change.—Every contractor for the mid-day meal shall intimate to the Government of Kerala, in Form H and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Kerala shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
