Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the manufacturer of packaged drinking water shall apply to the Commissioner of Food Safety in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Commissioner of Food Safety shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
