Intimation of change.—Every scholarship disbursing institution shall intimate to the State Commissioner, in Form VII and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
