Application for registration.—Every commission agent carrying on the business of a commission agent shall make an application for registration to the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority in Form A, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every account of sales held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
