Intimation of change.—Every officer of a company shall intimate to the Tribunal, in Form ADT-1 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
