Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the officer of a company shall apply to the Tribunal in Form INC-22 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
