Conditions of registration.—Every officer of a company shall carry on the keeping of books of account only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every register of members in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such register of members for inspection on request by the Registrar of Firms, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
