Surrender of certificate.—Every kazi who ceases to carry on the functions of a kazi shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Marriages in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every will held by him has been disposed of.
