Safe custody.—Every cable operator shall keep every set-top box to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the transmission of programmes by cable is carried on, shall record in Form II the description of every set-top box so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Board of Film Certification within seven days of the close of each year.
