Conditions of registration.—Every grazier on Government waste land shall carry on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every land revenue receipt in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such land revenue receipt for inspection on request by the Village Accountant, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
