Periodical returns.—Every grazier on Government waste land shall furnish to the Revenue Divisional Officer, within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year, a return in Form 7 of the grazing of cattle on Government waste land carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
