Surrender of certificate.—Every grazier on Government waste land who ceases to carry on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Revenue Divisional Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 8 of the manner in which every mutation held by him has been disposed of.
