Safe custody.—Every grazier on Government waste land shall keep every record of rights to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the grazing of cattle on Government waste land is carried on, shall record in Form 5 the description of every record of rights so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Revenue Divisional Officer within forty-five days of the close of each year.
