Fees.—The fee of two hundred rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of one thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Revenue Divisional Officer by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form 12; and the Revenue Divisional Officer shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
