Application for registration.—Every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall make an application for registration to the Revenue Divisional Officer in Form 14, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every land revenue receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
