Application for registration.—Every seaman carrying on service on a ship shall make an application for registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in Form 2, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every port clearance held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
