Surrender of certificate.—Every amateur radio operator who ceases to carry on the operation of an amateur radio station shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Telecommunication Engineering Centre in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every subscriber record held by him has been disposed of.
