Application for registration.—Every dormant company carrying on the holding of assets by a dormant company shall make an application for registration to the Competition Commission in Form AOC-4, within thirty days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every return held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
