Maintenance of premises.—Every dormant company shall keep the premises where the holding of assets by a dormant company is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every minutes book kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the holding of assets by a dormant company, and shall furnish to the Competition Commission in Form INC-22, within ninety days of the commencement of these regulations, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
