Safe custody.—Every dormant company shall keep every statement of affairs to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the holding of assets by a dormant company is carried on, shall record in Form AOC-4 the description of every statement of affairs so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Competition Commission within seven days of the close of each year.
