Intimation of change.—Every dormant company shall intimate to the Competition Commission, in Form MGT-7 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Competition Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
