Authorised agent.—Any dormant company may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these regulations, shall intimate to the Competition Commission in Form PAS-3 the name and address of the agent within fifteen days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within thirty days of the revocation.
