Regulation 2, CCI (Records and Returns of Dormant companies) Regulations, 2024 [S9X-0SJ]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Competition Act, 2003 (12 of 2003); (b) "dormant company" means a person carrying on the holding of assets by a dormant company; (c) "certificate of incorporation" means a certificate of incorporation received, held or disposed of by a dormant company in the course of the holding of assets by a dormant company; (d) "Form AOC-4" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
