Application for registration.—Every dealer in arms and ammunition carrying on the sale of arms and ammunition shall make an application for registration to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate in Form III, within ten days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every printing machine held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ten days from that date.
