Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in arms and ammunition who ceases to carry on the sale of arms and ammunition shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every seized article held by him has been disposed of.
