Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any dealer in arms and ammunition dies, his legal representative shall, within ten days of the death, intimate the death to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate in Form IV, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every seized article then held; and the Sub-Divisional Magistrate shall enter the intimation in the register within thirty days of its receipt.
