Application for registration.—Every contractor carrying on the execution of contracts shall make an application for registration to the Directorate of Treasuries in Form GFR 12-C, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every purchase order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
