Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the contractor shall apply to the Directorate of Treasuries in Form GFR 25 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Directorate of Treasuries shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
