Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor who ceases to carry on the execution of contracts shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Directorate of Treasuries in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 41 of the manner in which every sanction order held by him has been disposed of.
