Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the organiser of a conference attended by foreigners shall apply to the Registration Officer in Form S for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Registration Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
