Surrender of certificate.—Every organiser of a conference attended by foreigners who ceases to carry on the holding of conferences attended by foreigners shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registration Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every register of foreigners held by him has been disposed of.
