Intimation of change.—Every organiser of a conference attended by foreigners shall intimate to the Registration Officer, in Form E and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registration Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand five hundred rupees.
