Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee shall apply to the Hotel Classification Committee in Form IV for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees, and the Hotel Classification Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
